Good news for people who love bad news

I will hide a good news in this list of consequences of the Katrina hurricane. Try to find it.

1. A city taken over by water (any fish?)
2. Hundreds of dead people
3. A whole nation terrorised (again)
4. Higher prices of gas

Yesss! As all of you rightly pointed out, it's the higher price of oil (#4). The US still haven't matched the prices in the second-cheapest rich country for oil (namely, Canada), but at least prices are increasing. I used to be pissed when I saw H2 and other gas-drains driving by in the city. Now I'm still pissed, but I'm also pretty amused.
